“Einfach” 1 room for up to 2 people
All Einfach Minilofts have large windows with either north views to the park, to the city square in the east, or flooded with sun in the south.
Our Einfach Minilofts (23 – 32 sqm) are for up to 2 people. They are one space with a queen sized double bed (160 x 200 cm), open mini kitchen, and a large table for dining or working, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
“Zweifach” 2 rooms for up to 4 people
All Zweifach Minilofts have large windows with either north views to the park, or across the city square to the east.
Our Zweifach two room Minilofts (40 sqm) can accomodate up to 4 people. They have a separate bedroom with a king sized double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, and an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The Zweifach+ minilofts are larger (42 sqm) and have an east facing mini-balcony.
“Dreifach” 3 rooms for up to 6 people
Our two exclusive Dreifach Minilofts have large windows with a stunning panorama over the roofs of Berlin from Potsdamer Platz in the west, across the Park to the north, and over the square to the east where you can step out onto a 10m long balcony.
Dreifach Minilofts (54 sqm) can accommodate up to 6 people. They feature two separate bedrooms with king sized double beds (180 × 200 cm) and a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, and an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
“Vielfach” 2 rooms for up to 4 people + baby
Our 2 exquisite Vielfach Minilofts have many highlights. A woodstove, two balconies, and panorama windows with views of Berlin‘s skyline in all four directions.
Vielfach Minilofts (53 sqm) for up to 4 people have a large bedroom with a king sized double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an east facing balcony. The living room has two sofas that convert into single beds, and an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining. The ensuite bathroom with shower is connected to both the livingroom and the bedroom.
